After a decade in academia at the University of Bradford Management Centre, I moved into a consulting career focused on how public-sector organisations attract, engage, develop and retain their people. Over the past 25 years, I have worked both within public services and alongside organisations that support them, developing a practical understanding of workforce systems from policy through to delivery. Most recently, I was Director of Research, Insight and Thought Leadership at NHS Professionals.
Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of working with outstanding individuals and organisations who have developed thoughtful, effective solutions to complex workforce challenges. Many of these specialists are trusted partners to public services in their own right, bringing deep expertise across workforce planning, analytics, technology, compliance and service design.
My current work brings these capabilities together. I provide a platform through which public-sector organisations can access and combine specialist expertise as and when it is needed, grounded in evidence, insight and a clear understanding of context.
